CDBG Funds to be Used for Sidewalk Installation on Oak Street
In response to a question submitted to The Lakewood Scoop’s Ask the Mayor Column regarding sidewalks on Oak Street, Mayor Coles said, “…we are going to use some of our CDBG funds and install sidewalks in the area.”

Meeting at Platinum Developers
As part of our constant goal to better serve our clients, Imperial agents met last week at Platinum Developers, one of our Builders Offices, to learn more about the nuances of the plans and standards for each Oak and Vine home model. Upgrade options and allowances were discussed at length; furthering our Agents education about the Oak and Vine community.
